    Our team leader Ana Lončarević grew up in Germany and moved to Zagreb in 1995, after she had completed her studies of tourism in Innsbruck/Austria. Through her long-standing work in the Protocol of the President of the Republic of Croatia she has established excellent contacts with foreigners and acquired an extensive organizational talent.

    Due to her personal experience she is well aware of problems encountering clients who move to another city or country.
